What can I expect in a session?

During your initial consultation, there will be a detailed personal and medical history intake, followed by an in-depth discussion regarding your goals and motivations. If you are coming in for a face to face consultation, we will spend some of the time on a massage table, where you will be fully clothed, and I will use various techniques to identify stresses and clear energetic blocks.

For remote clients (via Skype/Zoom), and depending on which modalities we adopt, I am still able to access the same information gathered during a session using a variety of energetic techniques.

Everything is energy and as such, energy and intention are not confined to physical space. As a practitioner, it is my role to use my intuitive abilities to tap into our energetic connection. 

How many sessions will I need?

Every person and situation is unique and the number of sessions required will be different in each case. In a few instances clients will only require a couple of sessions, but a typical coaching plan starts with 6 sessions at 2 – 3 week intervals, to really reach the core underlying issues. We will discuss and agree on your your coaching plan during your initial consultation.

What happens after a session?

At the end of the session we will discuss next steps and I will recommend some homework for you. The purpose of the homework is to help integrate what you have worked on in the session and ensure better results. The tasks will be manageable in order to fit into your daily routine, however consistency is the key! You are ultimately accountable for your wellbeing so this is where the change needs to happen.

Can I ask a few questions before making an appointment?

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or change your appointment time please text me on 0434 392 776.  At least 24 hours notification for cancellation or reschedule is requested. Less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.
