About

Pleased to meet you, my name is Mireille…

Yin & Juice is a labour of love and was borne of my own experiences on the path back to wellness. My journey back to health helped me realised I was longing for meaning and connection. It also made me realise that we all have our own path and we all have the power to define what purpose means for us.

Sarah De Graaf was one of the first yoga teachers in Sydney to teach a regular restorative yoga class. It was in her classes that I experienced the power of a passive yoga practice and how deeply healing yoga could be. She inspired me to follow my own path of teaching Restorative and Yin yoga. I have so much gratitude, every day, for Sarah coming into my life.

I completed my 200 hour Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher training, in the Sivananda tradition, at the YogaVeda Institute in Mexico. In addition, I’ve completed training devoted to Yin (under Sarah Owen) and Restorative Yoga (under Jayne Robertson).

I am also an intuitive Tarot reader who uses the energy of the cards as a tool for guidance, inspiration and perspective. I find fusing the wisdom from the cards with yoga and meditation, is a really great way to find clarity and remove energetic blocks.

With 15 + years experience in corporate HR/Change Management, I have coached many people to succeed and reach their highest potential- both personally and professionally. It also gives me a unique perspective, as I combine my passion for holistic healing and natural therapies, with an understanding of the pressures and expectations of corporate life.

You can find inner peace and deep fulfilment alongside your work. I believe it is all about authenticity, balance, listening to our inner wisdom and most importantly, learning how to chill the f**k out.

By mid 2018 I will have completed my dual Diploma in Holistic Kinesiology and Mind Body Medicine. These additional modalities will further reinforce the holistic wellness approach at Yin & Juice.

Yin & Juice was founded in October 2017 and I am very excited for the adventure that lies ahead. I hope to get a chance to work with you!
